The 2015 Bentley Continental GT3-R is one of the most extreme and collectible Bentleys ever produced. Inspired directly by Bentley's GT3 racing program, the GT3-R was built in just 300 units worldwide, with only 99 examples allocated to the United States, making it a true modern Bentley rarity.
Power comes from a hand-built 4.0L twin-turbocharged V8, producing 572 horsepower and 518 lb-ft of torque, with overboost capability increasing output to approximately 592 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque. This immense power is delivered through an 8-speed automatic transmission and a performance-tuned all-wheel-drive system featuring rear torque bias for aggressive, confident launches and relentless grip. Acceleration is staggering, with 0--60 mph times in the 3.3--3.8 second range, placing the GT3-R firmly in supercar territory.
To enhance performance, Bentley implemented significant weight-reduction measures, including the removal of the rear seats and installation of a lightweight parcel shelf, making the GT3-R lighter than the Continental V8S. Handling is further elevated through shorter gearing, torque vectoring by braking, and massive carbon-ceramic brakes, delivering exceptional stopping power and cornering confidence.
Visually, the GT3-R announces its intent immediately. All U.S. examples are finished in Glacier White, complemented by a fixed rear wing, extensive carbon fiber exterior accents, and distinctive motorsport styling cues. Inside, the cabin continues the performance theme with a black and green interior, combining luxury materials with a stripped-down, driver-focused environment that reflects its racing inspiration.
