The 2018 Ford Shelby Baja Raptor is a high-performance, off-road beast that takes the legendary Ford F-150 Raptor to new heights. One of the standout features of the Ford Shelby Baja Raptor is its off-road capability. It comes equipped with a modified suspension system that includes Fox Racing shocks with adjustable bypass technology, providing an impressive 13 inches of front and 14 inches of rear suspension travel. This allows the truck to effortlessly tackle rough terrain, absorb big impacts, and maintain stability at high speeds.
The Baja Raptor also features a host of off-road enhancements, including reinforced frame rails, skid plates, and rock sliders for added protection. It boasts a best-in-class approach angle of 30.2 degrees and a departure angle of 23 degrees, allowing it to easily navigate over obstacles. The truck also comes with a four-wheel-drive system with multiple driving modes, including a Baja mode, which provides optimal performance for high-speed off-road adventures.
